What is happening with the future of Jaguar?
Our Reimagine strategy was announced in 2021, confirming that Jaguar will be entirely electric as part of our commitment to be carbon net zero by 2039. By 2025, we are undergoing a complete transformation to become a fully electric luxury brand, featuring elegant designs and pioneering technologies. This is a unique moment for Jaguar, allowing us to reimagine the brand, redefine our product portfolio, and adjust our presence in different markets.
What’s happening to the current Jaguar range?
Every Jaguar model has been enhanced and updated, but we remain fully committed to the current product range and our clients. You’ll see these changes most clearly in our 2024 model year vehicles, with electrified powertrain options for all new SUVs and sedans.
Why have you stopped sales in selected markets?
Given the global shift towards EVs is happening at different speeds worldwide, in alignment with our strategy, Jaguar will focus on markets that are fully equipped with the infrastructure and demand for premium electric vehicles. Consequently, our new Jaguar EV lineup will not be available in all markets at this time, and new vehicle sales for Jaguar in (EIR_MARKET) will conclude as of 11th November 2024.
What does this mean for current Jaguar clients?
Jaguar will continue to retail and supply Jaguar vehicles globally. The Jaguar Service Network remains fully operational and will continue to deliver unparalleled levels of customer care and attention to our current clients.
Retailers will continue to service Jaguar products, honour any warranty claims and provide software updates and the best client support. Scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance, plus Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™ will continue to be supported. We’re committed to looking after you and your Jaguar 24/7, 365 days a year.
